The Capital Walkers is part of the Ramblers.  To 'join' us you need to be a member of the Ramblers and ask to be in the group.

By joining the Capital Walkers, you can ensure that you're always the first to know what's going on.  As a member of the Ramblers, you'll be supporting our campaigns to keep the countryside open for all of us and get all of the benefits described here.

I'm not a member of the Ramblers - how do I join?

If you’re not a member of the Ramblers, it’s simple.

You can simply join here: http://www.ramblers.org.uk/membership/about/joinand-share-the-joy . When you're asked for a group, choose the Capital Walkers (if you don’t, you’ll be allocated to your local group).

I'm already a member of the Ramblers - how do I transfer my membership?

If you’re already a member of the Ramblers, but want to transfer your membership to the Capital Walkers, just e-mail This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it for the attention of the Membership Department, quoting your membership number and asking to move to “IL60 – The Capital Walkers”. Or, phone them on 020 7339 8595 – it’ll only take a few minutes.
