People from all walks of life (if you pardon the pun). Our group is aimed at the forty plus age group, but everyone is welcome.

Many come on their own, so don't be shy about joining us - we're very friendly. Just turn up and say hello.

One of the great things about the group is that people are from all backgrounds. Some are newcomers to London, some are from other countries, but many have lived here all their lives.

People do all sorts of jobs, or are studying, or doing other things with their lives, and live in all parts of London and the surrounding area.

It's a low cost, healthy way of seeing what our part of the world has to offer and everyone is welcome – come and see who there is to meet.
